Delivery

We ship within Nigeria and internationally.

Delivery rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local courier processes.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other destination country charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HautebyMimi purchase.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging where applicable.

Size & Fit

If your item doesn't fit, you may request an exchange for another available size. If you selected the wrong size, return and re-delivery costs are your responsibility. If we sent the wrong size, we'll cover the reasonable cost of correcting it.

Wrong or Damaged Items

Received the wrong, damaged or defective item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. Once verified, we'll arrange an appropriate resolution.

Items marked FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where an item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
